Description:
This patch is to enable Windows OS support for Intel (R) Agilex F-Tile FHT and FGT Transceiver Toolkit, and fixes the following issues in the Transceiver Toolkit:

1) FHT TX Equalization parameters keyed in by users are not reloaded when click on get parameters button.

2) Transceiver toolkit reports error when the RX PRBS checker is started for FHT PMA configured in NRZ modulation.

3) The TX and RX reset of a FGT channel do not function when the RX channel is receiving data from RX buffer and data from the TX channel is loopback to the RX channel via internal loopback.



Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
