Problem: In some situation, debug tools that depend on JTAG
	 communication may produce incorrect result or JTAG communication error
	 using Quartus II 12.0 software, such as SignalTap II, In-System Source
	 and Probe, and so on.


Workaround: Apply this patch that changes how JTAG communication is
	    handled.  If problem is not solved, try to use the tools
	    from earlier version of Quartus II software.  No
	    recompilation is needed as this pertains to JTAG
	    communication only.  If this patch doesn't solve your
	    problem, please report to Altera support on whether
	    earlier version of Quartus II software solved your problem
	    or not.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II
          12.0 software or must install the Quartus II 12.0 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will not
          be installed correctly and the Quartus II software will not
          run properly.
